President
Stephanie Bullock
Hi there, my name is Stephanie Bullock and I am currently serving in my 19th year in the U.S. Army. I love to travel and making memories with my family. Most importantly, I am honored and privileged to serve as the next PTO president for the 2024/2025 school year. I am ready to make memories with you as we begin another great school year. My husband and I have lived in the Woodbridge area since 2012 but periodically our military careers would relocate us to other states, but we always seemed to find our way back to Virginia. My son, Darren, is going to be in the 3rd grade this year. He enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, playing soccer, and videogames. In closing, I look forward to collaborating with the parents, teachers, administration, and most importantly the PTO volunteers throughout the 2025/2026 school year.

Vice President
Patrice Hare
Hello! My name is Patrice Hare and I am so excited to serve as your PTO Vice President this year! My husband and I moved to Woodbridge 8 years ago when I was pregnant with my now 2nd grader. I also have a 4 year old daughter and they are my inspiration for joining the PTO.
I am a proud Monarch (ODU) and Spartan (NSU) and I currently work as a government consultant with an expertise in Criminal Justice issues. I am also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. In my spare time I enjoy sewing, crafting, watching anime, and listening to music.
I look forward to serving you all this year!

Treasurer
Beth Stamm
My name is Beth Stamm, and I’m honored to serve as this year’s PTO Treasurer. I’m the proud mom of three wonderful girls: Kendra, who’s in 4th grade at Kyle Wilson Elementary, Kylie, a student at Saunders, and Breanna, who attends Forest Park.
As a graduate of PWCS schools myself, I have deep roots in this community—and even had the privilege of going to school with Kyle Wilson. It’s incredibly meaningful to me that my children now attend a school named in his memory, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back by supporting the school as Treasurer.
Professionally, I’m a CPA and currently the Accounting Director at Lightwave Dental, a Dental Services Organization. Before that, I spent 16 years with US Fitness, most recently as Assistant Controller.
When I’m not working, I love staying active—whether it’s at the gym or off on fun little adventures with my girls to amusement parks or anything active and out of the ordinary!
I’m here to support our students, families, and staff in any way I can, and I’m excited for a great year ahead!

Recording Secretary
Cassie Goss
Hi! I’m excited to be part of our school community and support our children’s educational journey. As a parent of three wonderful kids spanning elementary, middle, and high school, I have a front-row seat to the diverse needs and experiences across all grade levels.
When I’m not cheering from the sidelines or helping with homework, I run an IT company called Your Solution Architect, where we specialize in implementing Atlassian solutions like Jira and Confluence to help organizations streamline their workflows and collaboration.
My three children truly are my world, and I’m committed to ensuring they and their classmates have the best possible educational experience. I look forward to contributing to our PTO’s mission and getting to know other families in our school community!

Corresponding Secretary
Laurie McLendon
Hi! I am Laurie McLendon, and I am excited serve as this year's PTO corresponding secretary. My family and I moved to the Woodbridge area in 2020, and we have enjoyed becoming a part of the wonderful Kyle Wilson Elementary community. This is our third year at the school, and we have three children: a 5-year-old in Kindergarten, a 8-year-old in 3nd grade, and a 11-year-old in 6th grade.
I have been working remotely as a senior executive coordinator for a law firm in South Carolina for the last 11 years.
When I'm not working, you can often find me running or spending time with my family. We enjoy hiking, traveling, and playing board games. I look forward to helping the PTO continue to create a strong sense of community and support for our teachers, parents, and most importantly, our students.
