Hello! I'm Tracy Woodhead and I am this year's PTO president. I have two boys in 4th and 6th grade. I also am a PALS reading tutor at Kyle Wilson ES.
I'm a native of Woodbridge, VA and graduate of PWCS schools and a proud Hokie. I've worked for 20+ years in the hospitality industry in hotel sales and for associations planning conferences both in-person and virtually for up to 18,000 attendees. Now I enjoy planning family events for our school.
I enjoy reading, baking, golfing, building Lego, and Nerf battles with my family.
I am proud to continue to support KWES and bring our school community together. Our students, parents, and teachers are amazing.

Hi there! I am Ashley Shelley and I am your PTO VP. This is our third year at KWES. My son Declan is in 2nd grade and my daughter Mia is in Kindergartener this year. We absolutely love KWES and are honored to be a part of this amazing community!
I am a Northern VA native and PWCS graduate. After moving around VA for a few years I moved back home only to meet an amazing man from Buffalo, NY. We married in 2014 and he's grown to love NOVA as much as I do!
I work full-time as a government contractor and when I'm not doing that or my PTO duties I can usually be found cooking, baking, playing with the kids, or performing as a trampoline for my daughter!
I am so excited to be able to help our kids, our school, and our community come together for another AMAZING school year!!
Hi! I have been a parent in the Kyle Wilson Elementary School community since we opened. I have a son in the seventh grade and a daughter in the fourth grade. I love to spend time volunteering around the school and with my son's football team as a board member there too. I also love watching my daughter perform on the stage dancing.
My mission this year is to continue to help students, teachers, administration and parents have a great school year.
Hello! I'm Beth Stamm and I am this year's PTO Recording Secretary. My daughter Kylie is in 5th grade and my daughter Kendra is in 2nd grade at Kyle Wilson ES. I also have a daughter, Breanna, that is a 9th grader at Hylton. I'm a graduate of PWCS schools and grew up going to school with Kyle Wilson. It is an honor that my kids get to attend a school named after him and that I have the opportunity to serve as the Recording Secretary. I am a CPA and work as the Assistant Controller for Lightwave Dental, a Dental Services Organization. Prior to that I worked as Assistant Controller at US Fitness and was with the company for 16 years. I enjoy volunteering with my kids at Potomac Place Assisted Living and going on mini adventures together to amusement parks or anything else active or unique. I am here to help support the kids and school in any way that I can!
Hello! My name is Patrice Hare and I am so excited to serve as your PTO Corresponding Secretary this year! My husband and I moved to Woodbridge 6 years ago when I was pregnant with my now Kindergartener. I also have a 2 year old daughter and they are my inspiration for joining the PTO. I am a proud Monarch (ODU) and Spartan (NSU) and I currently work as a government consultant with an expertise in Criminal Justice issues. I am also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. In my spare time I enjoy sewing, crafting, watching anime, and listening to music. I look forward to serving you all this year!
